Yoga: Learn the technique of yoga at two levels. Our Yoga for Golden Years is for those who
may be less active and would like to try some chair yoga. These are ten week courses, class
times are as follows:
Beginners: Tuesday 9.30am to 11.00am.
Intermediate: Tuesday 11.30am to 1.00pm.
Golden Years: Wednesday 9.30am to 11.00am.
Shiatsu and Indian Head Massage: Two opportunities to deal creatively with stress and and
relaxation. Class times: Mondays 9.30 to 11.00am.
Pilates: Learn how to improve posture and strengthen core muscle groups. Class times:
Thursdays 9.30 to 11am. and 11.30am to 1.00pm.
Mondays 1.30pm.
Reiki 1 & 2: Emotional and spiritual nurturing of self in a relaxed atmosphere. Learn how to give
healing to yourself, your family or friends. Class runs on Mondays from 11.30am to 1.00pm.
